Spam on Twitter is a topic that I don't want to get into (let's just say that if you spam me on Twitter, I will report you). But here's one that just came up for one of my searches. It was interesting in that it pointed to older revisions in a Wiki. In other words, the spammer hid his spam in an old revision of a wiki page and then started spamming on Twitter, pointing to that old revision. That's something that spammers don't do any more since it isn't effective - or at least that's what Wiki admins told me. Well, in combination with Twitter, it may still work to some effect.
Needless to say, the account has been reported for spamming. And even if Twitter doesn't do anything about it (14000 tweets and still going doesn't sound too promising), at least I won't see it any more ...
